Online returns information
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges, once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot, therefore we suggest you arranged as tracked or recorded delivery service and for high-value items, that you insure the costs of goods before you send them.
*Please note: items excluded from this policy are custom made or special orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sale items or special purchases bought during the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or shopping credit if returned in their original condition with proof of purchase subject to the conditions stated above, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 14 days of purchase (whichever is earlier). Any shopping credit issued must be redeemed online by the end of that sale period or promotional event. Items reduced to 50% or below original retail price cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department on +919596157777 or email email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
